Ultimate Packing List for All Vacations
Over the years, I have purchased MANY items from Amazon for my own vacations. Below are the items that I swear by when I travel. The lists are split up into Theme park, cruise, and General travel items.
Theme Park Vacations
- Neck fan- this was a GAME CHANGER when I visited Disney World while 6 months pregnant. It's super light and a must!
- Stroller fan- I love the flexibility of this fan as well as the different fan speeds and different light brightness.
- Portable battery- I like the ones that don't need a cord. It charges quick and lasts.
- Smaller cross body bag
- Larger cross body bag
- Fanny pack
- Mini stroller lights- these battery operated lights make it a LOT easier to find your stroller at night in the stroller parking areas.
- Noise cancelling headphones- These can help little ones watch loud fireworks or concerts.
- Skort- If you are not a shorts person, like myself, this is a happy medium to beat the Florida heat.
- Mickey and Minnie luggage tags
- Bluey wireless headphones- My kiddo loves this! Also amazing to not have cords.
- Liquid IV- always a good idea to help hydrate in the Florida heat.
- Mini hand held fan- this little guy has multiple speeds and is powerful. If you don't like the neck fan, this is the one you want.
- "Snackle Box"- kids can decorate these and you can surprise them by filling the different squares with snacks and treats.
- Handheld Misting Fan- battery operated and perfect for those hot park days.
Cruise Vacations
- Retractable lanyard- most cruise lines give you a card that you use to enter your stateroom and charge things on board.
- Magnetic hooks- all walls in your stateroom are metal. We kept the hooks by the door to hang our lanyards so we didn't lose them or waste time looking form them. Staterooms are typically a bit snug when there's more than 2 people. Organization is key!
- Waterproof fanny pack- perfect for excursions.
- Battery operated night light- it helps to have a small light to help you see at night. You will want to keep the bathroom door shut so it doesn't move if the ship rocks.
- Multiple plug wall charger- there are not a lot of outlets in your stateroom.
- Luggage tag holders for Royal/Celebrity- you will have to print out your luggage tags. These will protect them.
- Luggage tag holders for Norwegian, Princess, MSC, Carnival, and Virgin Voyages
- Luggage tag holders for Disney
- Kids chewable Dramamine
- Motion sickness patches
- Motion sickness bracelet- adults
- Motion sickness bracelet- kids
- Non-drowsy bonine
**Combo pack: hooks, luggage tags, chair bands, and lanyards.
General Vacations
- Flight phone mount- If you watch shows or movies on your phone on the plane, you need this! I will never travel without this.
- Toiletry travel bag- This is the best packing purchase I have ever made. No more shoving bottles and toothbrushes in different bags. You just remove from your suitcase and hang on a hook in the hotel room. No more digging or messy counter tops.
- X-Large stroller travel bag- We bring our jogging stroller which has large wheels. This fits perfectly and has straps like a backpack.
- Travel cord organizer- perfect to store chargers and any other cord you throw in your bag. I use this more often than I honestly thought I would.
- Kids wireless headphones
- Airtags (1 pack)- Whether you stick it in your luggage, on your kids shoelaces, or in a purse, these are great to have wherever you go. (4-pack)
- Airtag holder
- Children's bug spray- highly recommend, especially if you are traveling to an All-Inclusive resort.
- Portable sound machine- I will never travel without this.
- Beach towel bands- so worth the money to not have to mess with your towel every time you lean forward.
- Reef safe sunscreen- some excursions on ships or at all-inclusives require you to wear this type of sunscreen.
- Swim float- back belt trainer- this is small and easy to pack. It also is great to help your little one learn to swim!
